My Running Partners

I've been blessed with some really nice running weather lately. I've been alternating between two different running partners, Neil and Blue. (Ben was at school.) I'm trying to help Blue lose her winter weight and so far Neil still thinks it's cool to ride in the bike trailer. So today I figured I'd try managing both of them on my run. Things were going along pretty well until about a third of the way in I noticed Blue is really struggling to keep up. She actually at the end of her leash behind us and panting away. So instead of abandoning my run for the day I coaxed her into the bike trailer with Neil. She was hesitant at first, but once she was in we did great. Neil thought it was great cause he got to hold her leash which is usually off limits. So I'm not sure how far I ran with the two of them in the bike trailer, but let me tell you pushing 75+ pounds really makes you feel every little hill both up and down. We got a few odd looks and one lady who thought we were really cute. So even though the boys have taken priority over Blue, she's still my first baby and just as spoiled.
